Linux Foundation APAC Limited represents the Linux Foundation in Asia Pacific, supports and develops Linux Foundation’s memberships, projects, events, training & certification and community throughout Asia Pacific and Mainland China. We are seeking for a Graduate Trainee to provide support for the growth of Linux Foundation APAC team. The Graduate Trainee Programme is a one-year program designed to nurture aspiring and professional management talents for the future developments of the company, and provide opportunities to connect with Fortune 100 technology and telecom enterprises in Asia Pacific. This position is based in Hong Kong.
Graduate Trainee program:
Assist and report to the Operation Manager of the organization.
Assist in operation support of the organizations including sales process, marketing, customer support and events.
Adhoc projects, if needed.
Based in Hong Kong, chance to travel to mainland China.
After the trainee has equipped with professional knowledge and management skills to assume further responsibilities at the organization, he/she will have an opportunity to develop their own career and be promoted in the organization.

Requirement:

Detail-minded and strong organization skills.
hardworking and willing to learn.
Work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Co-operative and work as a part of the team.
Strong in excel skills and data analysis skills.
Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
1-2 years of experience is preferred, fresh graduates in any discipline will also be considered.
Preferred:
Understanding and knowledge of Open Source technology will be a plus.
Understanding and knowledge of social media in China will be a plus.
